A conventional wheel holds the tire bead only by air pressure. When tire pressure is reduced, the bead can slip and the tire can pop off the rim. The offroad wheel WA-BL201 eliminates this risk by using an external beadlock ring secured with multiple high-strength bolts. The ring physically clamps the tire bead to the wheel, allowing safe operation at low PSI.
Low tire pressure is critical for off-road performance. Reducing PSI increases the tire contact patch, improves flotation over sand, and gives more grip on loose terrain.
